How can I rate an air-cooled heat exchanger effectively? What are the things I have bear in mind?

11 February 2009 at 1:29pmTypically, one would use an exchanger rating software to provide guidance. However, there are methods described in Chapter 9 of “Process Heat Transfer” by Hewitt, Shires & Bott (Begell House Publishers, 1994).
