What pipe can you NOT use in a fertilizer plant? Copper, glass, schedule 40 black carbon, schedule 80 galvanized are the options. I am thinking copper.
Have an insight or suggestion?

2 April 2012 at 1:29pmOf course the answer will depend on specifically what is being manufactured in a fertilizer plant and then the specific process conditions such as concentration, temperature, impurities present, etc. If you are talking about things like ammonium nitrate, ammonium phosphate, and urea I agree cooper would generally be a poor choice.
