Assuming you really meant hypochlorite which is bleach, there is potential for some corrosion to occur based on the concentration of bleach used. Bleach can cause crevice corrosion and the area where the threads of the nut and bolt mate provide an ideal area for this. If galvanic corrosion was somehow involved, the silicon bronze would likely corrode preferentially to the stainless steel. Concentrated bleach (12% or > active chlorine) is not compatible with most alloys. If the bleach you are using for cleaning is dilute enough and a water rinse is used after the bleach treatment, you might not encounter any issues. Otherwise, you will have to move to a more-resistant alloy.
