Corrosion
Brian Dalder is an engineering consultant at Eli Lilly and Company, Lafayette, Indiana and a registered professional engineer. He has almost 28 years of experience with the company, covering many aspects of bulk chemical manufacturing, including process automation, process development and scale-up, and process engineering. He now is the material selection and corrosion expert for the firm and heads its Materials Compatibility Lab. He has developed several internal material awareness and material training courses and currently teaches these several times each year.
