The most appropriate solution to this problem is a catalytic thermal oxidizer which can oxidize the organics to CO2 and H2O at at temperature of about450-500°F. Fuel costs will me minimal and the catalytic thermal oxidizer will be able to achieve the 95% removal efficiency required. Another solution is a carbon adsorption unit. It is a simpler device to operate.
