What's the maximum inlet velocity in gas flue burners? Also, what is the effect of gas velocity in the burners performance?
Have an insight or suggestion?

Re: Maximum Inlet Velocity In Gas Flue Burners
29 December 2008 at 1:29pmThe maximum flue gas velocity in a burner depends entirely on the design of the burner. The information can easily be obtained from the burner manufacturer's design data. If the flue gas velocity exceeds the burner's design specifications, it will result in flame front lifting off from the combustion chamber and consequent shutting down of the burner.
