Calculating the Power Requirement for Mixing
Q: I'm trying to calculate the power requirement for mixing. The company makes tanks of all sizes and has to be able to mix many different liquids. They gave me equations for the Reynolds Number, Froude Number and the Power Number and one more equation that relates them. However, I'm not sure how this translates to a power requirement. Is there an equation I can use to find the power requirement for mixing?
