Azeotrope simulator

Q: I'm using a simulator in classes. How do I get the models to show me an azeotrope? Even for Water and Ethanol I don't see the azeotrope. Is there some setting I don't know about?

A: It depends on which simulator you are using. In CHEMCAD you would use the TPXY plot option.

It is possible that your problem may be an incorrect thermodynamic model. You should try NRTL and Latent Heat.

What's the best way to design an air-cooled condenser rating simulation?
I have an air-cooled condenser and want to make a rating simulation. How do I deal with small subcondensers with condensation in tubes? Also, how can I calculate the performance and quality and make a proper rating program?

How can I model adsoption in HYSIS or ASPEN+?
I was modeling the dehydration of natural gas with a propane cycle using HYSIS. Now I want to try with an adsorption bed (like silica). How can I model this way in HYSIS or ASPEN+?

How we can select a thermodynamic model in the batch processes simulators like Chemcad, Super Pro Designer, Aspen Batch Plus, Proism, or any other?

OTS Process
I want to know how the Project Process Engineer can help to acquire OTS, considering that the project is already approved and the supplier is almost selected. Does he need to do a simulation of the plant? Does he need to know what the common failures in the process plant are? Does he need to compile all process data; data sheet, P&IDs, PFD, etc? If you can give an idea from where I can start to develop this project, it would be appreciated.
