Sunoco Chemicals is positioned in one of the largest chemical market regions in the U.S., with the infrastructure of a large refining base. The company manufactures products at sites located in Marcus Hook, Pa., Philadelphia, Pa., Frankford, Pa., Westville, N.J., Haverhill, Ohio, Neal, W.V., La Porte, Texas, and Bayport, Texas. Sunoco Chemicals, in partnership with Suncor Energy, also markets petrochemicals manufactured at the Toledo, Ohio refinery and Suncor's Sarnia refinery located in Ontario, Canada.

    Lynn L. Elsenhans

    Chief Executive Officer, President and Director

    Lynn Laverty Elsenhans was elected Sunoco"s CEO, president, and member of the Board of Directors July 16, 2008. Elsenhans joined Sunoco most recently from Shell Downstream Inc., a subsidiary of Royal Dutch/Shell Group, where she served since 2005 as executive vice president of Global Manufacturing. Elsenhans was responsible for Shell"s refining and chemical manufacturing operations, which included 40 plants and more than 17,000 employees. From 2003 to 2005, Elsenhans served concurrently as president of Shell Oil Co. and president and CEO of Shell Oil Products US.

    Treasurer

    Colavita has been treasurer of Sunoco, Inc. since December 2008. From September 2003 to December 2008, he served as director - Planning and Financial Analysis of Sunoco Inc.'s marketing division.

  • Terence P. Delaney

    Interim Chief Financial Officer

    The Company announced that Delaney has been appointed to serve as interim Chief Financial Officer of Sunoco, effective Dec. 1, 2008, upon the retirement of Thomas W. Hofmann. Delaney has served as vice president of Investor Relations and Planning since 2003. Prior to becoming the company’s primary liaison to shareholders and the investment community, Delaney held various strategic planning, budgeting, external reporting and auditing positions.
