  Chairman, President and CEO

  Ray R. Irani has been a director of Occidental Petroleum Corporation since 1984, according to Reuters. Irani has been chairman and CEO of Occidental since 1990. He was chief operating officer from 1984 to 1990. He was chairman of the board of directors of Canadian Occidental Petroleum Ltd. (now Nexen Inc.) from 1987 to 1999. Irani also is a director of Wynn Resorts, Limited and TCW Group.

  Stephen I. Chazen has served as chief financial officer since 1999. Previously he served as executive vice president for Corporate Development from 1994-2004.

  Martin Cozyn was appointed executive vice president of human resources effective April 1, 2008, according to Reuters. Prior to joining Oxy, Cozyn was with Nortel Networks, most recently as vice president, Global Human Resources.
