INEOS Styrenics, formerly known as INEOS NOVA, is a global producer of styrene and styrenic polymers. Formed on Oct.1 2007, INEOS NOVA, formerly NOVA Innovene, is an expansion of the European joint venture between INEOS and NOVA Chemicals to include North American styrene and polystyrene assets. INEOS Styrenics' global headquarters is in Channahon, Ill., and its European headquarters is located in Fribourg Switzerland. Revenues are approximately $3.8 billion. The company employs 1,350 people at 11 manufacturing plants in six countries.

    Reed has 33 years of experience in the chemical industry, having held a number of senior commercial and general management roles at BP Chemicals. Prior to becoming CEO of the Enterprises Business in 2011, Reed served six years as the business director of the INEOS ChlorVinyls business.

  • Rob Ingram

    Rob Ingram

    Chief Operating Officer

    Ingram has nearly 25 years of experience in the chemical industry. He joined INEOS in 1998 and has held a number of roles in the company, including Business Director INEOS Oxide and Procurement director INEOS O&P Europe, before moving to the Styrenics business in October 2011.

  • Mike Maher

    Chief Financial Officer

    Maher has 16 years of experience in the chemical industry. His previous roles covered sectors such as agrochemicals, inorganic chemicals and petrochemicals. Maher has served 11 years as an INEOS CFO, including three years with the ChlorVinyls business. His role as Chief Financial Officer of the Enterprises Business began in 2012.
