INEOS Styrenics, formerly known as INEOS NOVA, is a global producer of styrene and styrenic polymers. Formed on Oct.1 2007, INEOS NOVA, formerly NOVA Innovene, is an expansion of the European joint venture between INEOS and NOVA Chemicals to include North American styrene and polystyrene assets. INEOS Styrenics' global headquarters is in Channahon, Ill., and its European headquarters is located in Fribourg Switzerland. Revenues are approximately $3.8 billion. The company employs 1,350 people at 11 manufacturing plants in six countries.

Kevin McQuade
Chief Executive Officer
Kevin McQuade previously served as CEO of INEOS Styrenics. Prior to that he served as commercial director of INEOS Styrenics, responsible for global sales and marketing activities for styrene monomer and styrenic polymers. McQuade also represented INEOS on the board of NOVA Innovene International S.A., the European styrenics polymer joint venture of NOVA Chemicals and INEOS. McQuade has held various technical, production and commercial positions at Mobil Chemical and BASF. He has chemical engineering degrees from the The Cooper Union and the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. from New York University. McQuade has 28 years experience in the petrochemical industry.

Chris de la Camp
Chief Financial Officer
Chris de la Camp arrived at INEOS after serving as finance director for NOVA Innovene, the European Styrenic Polymers joint venture between NOVA and INEOS. After joining BP in 1994, he worked in strategic planning, sales management, project and integration management in BP's European Retail and Commercial Fuels businesses. Before joining NOVA Innovene in 2005, he was performance and control manager of BP/Innovene's European Styrenics Business.

Tom Strifler
Vice President of Manufacturing and Engineering
Tom Strifler was previously vice president of engineering for NOVA Chemicals. After joining Polysar Ltd. in 1979, Strifler worked in engineering, project management, manufacturing management and human resources. After joining NOVA Chemicals in 1991, he held plant managers roles at NOVA Chemicals Moore and St. Clair River sites in Ontario, and Joffre site in Alberta. He led the start-up of NOVA Chemicals first commercial Advanced SCLAIRTECH Technology polyethylene plant before becoming the director of NOVA Chemicals manufacturing facilities in Ontario.
