Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
A native of Wichita Falls, Texas, Tillerson earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin before joining Exxon Company, U.S.A. in 1975 as a Production Engineer. In 1989, he became General Manager of EUSA's Central Production Division, responsible for oil and gas production operations throughout a large portion of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kansas.

Mark W. Albers
Senior Vice President
Born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and raised in Texas, Albers joined the company in 1979 and holds a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University. In 2001, Albers became vice president, Africa, Chad/Nigeria for ExxonMobil Development Company in Houston, and he served as executive assistant to the chairman of Exxon Mobil Corp. at headquarters in Irving, Texas, prior to becoming president of ExxonMobil Development Company in October 2004. He was named senior vice president of Exxon Mobil Corporation in April 2007.

Michael J. Dolan
Senior Vice President
Dolan joined Mobil Oil Corp. in 1980 at the Paulsboro, N.J., research laboratory. Over the next 13 years, he worked in a variety of engineering and managerial positions supporting Mobil's worldwide refineries. He joined Mobil's worldwide petrochemicals division in 1993 in Houston, Texas. Dolan progressed through a variety of strategic planning and business management positions in the aromatics, olefins and polyethylene businesses before becoming vice president and general manager for petrochemicals in the Americas in 1998.

Donald D. Humphreys
Senior Vice President and Treasurer
A native of Tulsa, Okla., Humphreys earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University in 1971. He served in the U.S. Army from 1972-1974. He obtained an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania before joining Exxon Chemical Co. in 1976. In 1986, after several assignments in Houston, Baton Rouge and Baytown, he transferred to Exxon Corp. in New York as Senior Financial Advisor in the Controller's Department. In 1988, he moved to Exxon Co., International as Financial Reporting Manager and later served as General Auditor. In 1990, Humphreys became Upstream Controller of Exxon Co., U.S.A.
