Chemtura Corp., with 2007 revenues of $3.7 billion, was formed in 2005 with the merger of Crompton Corp. and Great Lakes Chemical Corp. Its history – which includes Crompton & Knowles Corp., Uniroyal Chemical Corp. and Witco Corp. – reflects more than 100 years of growth and innovation.
Chemtura has approximately 5,000 employees in research, manufacturing, sales and administrative facilities in every major market of the world. It is a supplier of plastic additives, including flame retardants; a manufacturer of pool and spa products; a provider in seed treatment and miticides in the agricultural market; a component supplier to the lubricants industry; and a global producer of urethane polymers.

Craig A. Rogerson
President, Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board
Rogerson came to Chemtura in December 2008 after serving as president, CEO and director of Hercules Inc. until its acquisition by Ashland Inc. in November 2008. Rogerson joined Hercules in 1979 in the firm’s Water Management Chemicals Division. In April 1997, he left Hercules to join Wacker Silicones Corp., where he served as president and CEO. In May 2000, he rejoined Hercules as vice president, business operations of their BetzDearborn Division. He was eventually named vice president and general manager of that division in August 2000. Prior to being named CEO of Hercules in December 2003, Rogerson held a variety of senior management positions with the company, including president of the FiberVisions and Pinova Divisions, vice president of Global Procurement and COO.
Stephen C. Forsyth
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Forsyth, a proven financial and operating executive with more than 25 years experience in operational and bottom-line improvement, business development and growth, and cash generation, joined Chemtura in May 2007 from Hexcel Corp., where he served as executive vice president and CFO. In that position, he was instrumental in designing and implementing growth strategies, business consolidation programs and financings that contributed to significant increases in revenues, earnings and cash flow. During Forsyth’s 26 years at Hexcel, he served as vice president of international operations, responsible for one-third of Hexcel’s business, and had general management responsibilities for the company’s global specialty resins and European chemicals businesses.
David G. Dickey
Chief Functional and Services Officer
Dickey joined Chemtura in March 2006 after spending several years with United Technologies Corp. (UTC). His last position at UTC was serving as general manager for Carrier, UTC’s global air-conditioning, heating and refrigeration division, at Carrier’s East Texas operations, where he had responsibility for the production, supply chain, logistics, engineering, quality assurance and continuous improvement functions.
