PRESENTERS
Bill Hollifield
Bill is a Principal Consultant for PAS responsible for the alarm management work processes and products, intellectual property, and software product directions. He is a voting member of the ISA SP-18 Alarm Management committee and is a co-author of The Alarm Management Handbook. Bill has many years of chemical industry experience with focus in project management, chemical production, and DCS control systems.
Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, and an MBA from the University of Houston. He is a pilot and builds furniture as a hobby.
Grahame Done
Director Product Marketing EAM - Infor
Grahame Done has extensive knowledge of the Enterprise Asset Management space and of the markets we serve at Infor – much of it earned with Datastream where Grahame was UK Managing Director through to 2006 and went on to lead our EMEA EAM Sales team within Infor. In the last two years, Grahame has continued to deepen his Asset Management experience with Smart Signal. In the field of energy performance analytics. Grahame has recently rejoined Infor to Head up Product Marketing and Industry Relations for Infor EAM around the globe. Grahame is based out of our Farnborough office in the UK.
Donald G. Dunn
Donald G. Dunn manages a Consulting Engineering group and is employed by Aramco Services Company which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Aramco. He is currently a senior member of the IEEE (24 years) and the ISA. He has been active in standards development, peer review of technical papers, paper authorship and presentations since 1994 and has been an invited presenter at various industry forums. In addition, he has held numerous leadership positions within the IEEE, ISA and API. He has co-chaired ISA18 since 2003 and is the Vice President of the ISA Standards & Practices Board
